Terms of purchase

Each purchase supplies the PDF resource described on its product page, for your own personal study. It does not include an exam registration, professional licence, official training accreditation, live teaching or a guarantee of passing.

Materials must not be redistributed, resold, shared publicly or uploaded to public file-sharing services unless the product description explicitly grants that permission. Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Jay Exam Prep is not affiliated with or endorsed by Engineers Canada, PEO, provincial engineering regulators or ASHRAE.

Prices and payment charges are in Indian rupees (INR). Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Available payment methods depend on your country, card issuer and the merchant’s payment approval. The product prices shown in checkout are the item totals charged by the store.

Your order becomes available when the payment gateway confirms a captured payment. Keep your order reference and use an email address you can access. These terms do not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Digital delivery

No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment verification, the order page unlocks the purchased PDFs. A receipt email provides a secure download link valid for 7 days. Save the files to your device. A gateway delay may postpone delivery until capture is confirmed.

If the payment is captured but your download is unavailable, contact support with your order and payment references. The owner can investigate and issue a replacement download link. Files delivered are the versions attached to the products at the time of purchase.

Refunds & cancellations

You may leave checkout before completing payment. After digital delivery, change-of-mind refund requests are reviewed individually because the resource can be downloaded immediately.

Contact support if you receive an incorrect resource, a defective or unreadable file, an unfulfilled paid order or a duplicate charge. The seller will investigate the payment record and offer replacement delivery or a refund where appropriate. Include your order reference and a description of the problem. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Refunded purchases no longer provide download access.

Privacy

The store collects your purchase email, selected product identifiers, amount, payment references, order status and delivery records to fulfil orders and assist with purchase problems. Cart selections and order access tokens are stored in your browser. The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT authentication.

Card and bank details are entered in Razorpay’s hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store full card numbers or CVVs. Order data is stored in Cloudflare D1, PDFs in private Cloudflare R2 storage, and receipt emails are sent through Resend when configured. These providers process information required to provide their services.

Purchase information is used for order fulfilment and support. It is not used for marketing subscriptions by this site. Transaction records may be retained as necessary for fulfilment, accounting, disputes or other applicable obligations. Contact the seller to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to retention requirements.

Download links contain access credentials. Keep them private. Sharing the link may allow another person to download your purchased resource.
